影响油漆防腐质量的因素

丙烯酸聚硅氧烷涂料作为一种高性能耐候面漆，有很多的优点，例如环保，保光、保色，耐酸、碱、盐雾等腐蚀，但其对施工工艺也有着严格的要求。如果不能严格按照工艺施工，也会出现附着力不足、外观缺陷等问题，影响聚硅氧烷涂层质量的因素，主要有：施工环境、涂装设备、稀料添加比例及相关施工事项等方面，严格遵循施工要求，可最大程度的确保丙烯酸聚硅氧烷涂层的质量符合预期。

1、 环境因素：

1, environmental factors:

温度、湿度、通风对涂层的附着力有着较大影响，在温度低于15℃、湿度小于60%，通风条件一般的情况下，涂层附着力较差。通过改善施工条件(增温增湿)，在聚硅氧烷固化前期(即施工后的3~12H)保持湿度在60%~85%,固化后期将湿度控制在80%以下;温度控制在15~25℃，并加强通风，这样就可保证聚硅氧烷的良好固化。在这种情况下，涂层附着力的检测结果一般不低于1级。

2、设备因素：聚硅氧烷是高固体含量的涂料，故对施工设备的选择也较为严格，通常选择压力比为65：1的GPQ6C泵，能使高固体含量的聚硅氧烷得到良好的雾化。

在喷嘴的选择上，分别使用了08-25施工效果较理想，该型号的喷嘴比其他型号施工效率有所降低，但却能更好的控制涂料的流量，最终达到漆膜细腻、光泽饱满的外观效果。

3、稀释剂比例：添加稀释剂是在涂装施工中普遍而又重要的一个环节，适量添加稀释剂能够调整涂料的粘度以达到涂料的良好雾化，从而避免施工过程中产生的针孔、干喷、流挂等弊病。
